13 Best AI Lead Generation Tools for Different Use Cases
1. Saleshandy
G2 Rating: 4.6/5 ⭐️
Best For Prospecting and Cold Emailing
Well, to start with, I’ve put Saleshandy at the top of the list (not being partial).
It has a powerful feature set, especially the AI-driven prospecting and cold emailing, which makes it one of my go-to choices for lead generation.
From the AI Lead Finder to the AI Sequence Co-pilot, Saleshandy has everything you need to automate prospecting and outreach.

Here’s how I use it in my workflow 👇
First, I use its AI Lead search feature to find prospects from its B2B Database of 700M+ professionals.
All I need to do is type a simple prompt like “Get me a list of CEOs in San Diego,” and it pulls up verified email addresses and phone numbers.
I further refine the list with filters such as revenue size, location, or skills.
Once I have my list, I use Saleshandy’s AI sequence Co-pilot to build cold email campaigns.
After answering 5–6 quick questions about my ICP and campaign goals, it automatically generates a personalized email sequence with follow-ups.
My Other Favorite AI Features of Saleshandy →
🤖 AI Custom Variant lets you create multiple variations of your email copy.
🤖 AI Reply Categorization automatically analyzes replies from prospects and sorts them into categories like interested, not interested, etc.
This helps me a lot in prioritizing leads that are most likely to convert and reaching out to them first.
🤖 AI Bounce Detector identifies bounce types and stops sending from that account to protect your sender reputation. Honestly, it is a lifesaver because maintaining a good deliverability rate is everything in cold emailing.
Key Features
- Trigger-based Sequences: This feature allows you to tailor your sequences according to how your prospects engage with your emails.
- Personalization: You can personalize cold emails with merge tags, variable tags, and spintax.
- Deliverability Suite: It offers features like email warm-up, sequence score, and blacklist monitoring to help you maintain a strong deliverability rate.
- Inbox Radar: You can test your campaign’s deliverability before launching and fix issues that might hurt performance.
- Built-in Email Verifier: This feature enables you to verify leads directly within the tool, utilizing a multi-layer verification process.
- Integrations: It offers native integrations with popular CRM systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and others.
Spoiler Alert: The most-awaited feature, AI Enrichment, is coming soon, making your outreach hyper-personalized and advanced.
Pricing Plan
Saleshandy’s pricing starts at $25/month (billed annually).
At this entry price, you can add unlimited email accounts, get access to most of its features, and also use 100 Lead Finder credits.
The best part is, it doesn’t lock you into a high-paying bundle. Instead, it gives you the flexibility to choose from separate pricing plans for:
- Cold Emailing
- B2B Lead Finder
- Email Infrastructure
- Inbox Radar
This way, you can pick exactly what you need without paying for extras you’ll never use.
And yes, you also get a 7-day free trial — no credit card required.
What Users Have to Say?
“Saleshandy is a cold email outreach and sales engagement platform designed for businesses looking to streamline communication and automate lead generation. Its user-friendly interface makes it ideal for beginners, and the 7-day free trial allows users to explore key features like email tracking, personalization, sender rotation, and CRM integrations.”

2. Apollo
G2 Rating: 4.7/5 ⭐️
Best For Lead Scoring + Intent Data
Next AI lead generation tool on my list is Apollo.
It is a sales intelligence tool that helps you predict, qualify, and refine leads with the help of AI.

Here’s how I use it in my workflow 👇
I really like Apollo’s “AI Lead Scoring”. It automatically ranks my prospects based on their likelihood to convert. Apollo’s AI analyzes
- website activity
- prospecting behavior
- saved contacts
And generates a score from 0–100, which helps me to prioritize leads that are more likely to close, and I add only those to my outreach list.
I also use lead scoring to segment and target campaigns. The more you use Apollo, the sharper these AI scores become.
Another feature I rely on is “Intent Data”. Apollo sends me weekly updates on company search activity for the topics I choose, like buying signals, hiring signals, etc.
Now, these insights give me a clear view of which accounts are in-market, looking for services/products like mine.
Honestly, these features are a huge time saver. They help me avoid reaching out to the wrong people and cut down manual effort across my workflow.
What I didn’t like about Apollo is the pricing. It’s not exactly pocket-friendly, and the credit system isn’t the most balanced. If you’re running daily high-volume campaigns, you’ll likely see your credits get depleted pretty quickly.
My Other Favorite AI Features of Apollo →
🤖 AI Content Center – A messaging engine that learns from your business.
🤖 AI Filters – Helps refine prospect lists using AI-discovered signals.
🤖 Outbound Copilot – Automates list building and outbound campaigns.
Key Features
- Contact & Account Search – It gives you access to a database of 270M+ contacts and 65+ search filters.
- Data Enrichment –You can automatically enrich prospect and company data in your CRM.
- Lookalikes – With this feature, you can find companies similar to your existing customers.
- Engagement Tools – You can set up automated outreach multichannel sequences across channels like email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Pricing Plan
Apollo offers a free plan that provides 50 free credits each month.
Its entry plan starts at $49/user/month and includes 2,500 credits. The credit system works like this:
- 1 credit = Email
- 8 credits = Mobile number
This gives you flexibility depending on whether you’re prioritizing emails or phone numbers for outreach.
What Users Have to Say?
“What stands out the most is how much time Apollo saves me in my outreach workflow. I use it primarily for lead generation and cold email campaigns. The contact database is huge, and the filters let me narrow down exactly who I want to target by title, company size, tech stack, etc”
3. Clay
G2 Rating: 4.8/5 ⭐️
Best For Data enrichment & Workflow
Another AI lead generation tool on my list is Clay.
It helps go-to-market teams get enriched data (by combining inputs from 75+ data enrichment tools) and automate personalized outreach.

Here’s how I use it in my workflow 👇
Step 1 → Enrich Data
Clay taps into 75+ data enrichment sources to clean and update my lead data. The result is better data coverage and accuracy, from contact details to company firmographics.
Step 2 → Use Claygent
I then enable Clay’s AI agent to do research. It can read and analyze webpages, PDFs, and even run Google searches for specific information.
Honestly, this saves the hours that would go into manually researching and finding insights.
Step 3 → Automate Outreach Campaigns
Once I have the enriched data, I use it to personalize and launch my campaigns across different channels.
That said, I actually had to go through a learning curve when I first signed up for the tool.
Yes! While I really liked the UI, as it looked clean and interesting but understanding how to find data and optimize campaigns does take some trial and error.
My Other Favorite AI Features of Clay→
🤖 AI Formulas: You can create and manipulate codeless AI formulas for automating mundane tasks like counting elements in lists.
🤖 AI Lead Scoring: Clay can help you identify high-priority prospects with the help of AI.

Key Features
- Waterfall Data Enrichments: Clay allows you to search over 75 databases to maximize data quality and coverage.
- Chrome Extension: Clay’s Chrome extension allows you to find leads from search engines, Crunchbase, etc., and directly add them to your workspace.

Pricing Plan
Clay offers a free plan that provides 1,200 credits per year.
Its base plan starts from $134/month (billed annually) and includes 24,000 credits per year.
What Users Have to Say?
“I love using clay to automate certain lead gen for me. The fact that it combines the function of a spreadsheet with AI enrichment is what I would tell people when recommending”
4. Klenty
G2 Rating: 4.6/5 ⭐️
Best For AI-powered Multichannel Outreach
The next AI tool for lead gen you can check out is Klenty.
It’s a sales engagement platform that automates multi-channel outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS, and even WhatsApp.

Here’s how I use it in my workflow 👇
The best perk of using Klenty is that you can put your entire outbound lead gen on autopilot.
It offers SDRx, an AI agent that acts like your virtual SDR and takes care of the whole process end-to-end. From list building to analyzing prospects to running campaigns, it manages everything.
In fact, it can also analyze your cold calls and outreach messages, give you summaries, and even generate replies after analyzing the conversations.
Honestly, this is an amazing feature, but I haven’t tried it myself yet.
When I signed up, I explored other features like its database. The only downside is that the database isn’t very large, so I’d suggest pairing Klenty with another database tool if you want a wider reach.
And as expected from a multichannel outreach platform, Klenty’s pricing is on the expensive side.
At first glance, it may look affordable, but the starter plan is $50/month (which only provides cold emailing features), where you can connect unlimited inboxes from a single domain. If you want to add emails from different domains, you need to pay an additional $30/domain.
My Other Favorite AI Features of Klenty→
🤖AI Calling Agent → You can train an AI agent to hold conversations on the phone with the leads that are visiting your website.
🤖AI Account Research → It gives you an AI agent that researches your prospect’s accounts across 150+ data sources to understand them and creates a pitch for each account.
🤖AI List Builder → With a few prompts, Klenty’s AI builds lists of accounts that match your criteria, and enriches contact information with the Waterfall Model.
Key Features
- Intent-Based Followups: It analyzes the replies from your prospects and then sends personalized follow-ups.
- Integrations: You can integrate popular sales and productivity tools like Pipedrive, MS Dynamics, Hubspot, Zapier, Hippo Video, etc, within your workflow.
- Conversation Intelligence: This tool features conversation intelligence that reviews your conversations and generates AI-powered summaries.
Pricing Plan
Klenty offers a 14-day free trial.
Its entry plan starts at $50/month when billed annually, but only includes the cold emailing features.
And, if you want access to multichannel outreach and AI features, you’ll need the higher-tier plan, which starts at $70/month (billed annually).
What Users Have to Say?
“Overall, Klenty is a great tool for anyone looking to improve their outbound sales efforts with minimal friction. Highly recommended.”
5. Dialpad AI
G2 Rating: 4.4/5 ⭐️
Best For Automating cold calling and meetings with AI
If your lead generation strategy involves heavy-duty calls, Dialpad is one of the best investments you can make.
It’s an AI-powered customer communication platform that helps you track calls and capture notes, ensuring you don’t miss any important details.

Here’s how I use it in my workflow 👇
I really like how intuitive the platform is. It easily fits into my lead generation workflow by adding cold calling, and the AI features are a big help:
Here’s what it does.
- AI can transcribe your calls
- Take notes during the calls
- Deliver summaries to relevant stakeholders right after the call
The Dialpad AI calling feature makes this even smoother.
And it’s not just for calls. If you’re in a video meeting or chatting via messages, Dialpad AI can still track everything and update the summary in one unified workspace.
It also comes with robust integrations — Google Workspace, Zendesk, Microsoft, Salesforce, Okta, and more.
The best part – DialPad can be used on multiple devices like phones, laptops, and browsers.
This is important because you never know which call you’re going to make/get from where.
My Other Favorite AI Features of DialPad AI →
🤖Agentic AI: It allows you to create AI agents that would do the basic operational work and allow your teams requests to allow teams to focus on higher priorities.
🤖AI Recaps: You can refer back to the conversations with automated summaries and recommended action items.
🤖AI-scorecards: It assigns a scorecard to every team member based on their performance, which helps you to know how everyone in your team performed.
Key Features
- Live speech-to-text: It uses automated speech recognition software to transcribe your calls while they’re happening.
- DialPad GPT: DialPad has its own GPT that you can use to analyze conversations, MoM’s, etc generate responses.
- Power Dialer: You can use the power dialer to automate the process of high-volume sales calls.
Pricing Plan
Dialpad AI gives you a 14-day free trial to test things out.
Its pricing is split into three plans — Dialpad Connect, Dialpad Support, and Dialpad Sell.
The entry plan is Dialpad Connect, which is basically for cold calling. This one starts at just $15 per user/month, making it pretty affordable if you’re looking to get started with AI-powered calls.
What Users Have to Say?
“Dialpad Connect’s AI-powered voice intelligence, with real-time transcription and sentiment analysis, streamlines communication and boosts productivity. Its seamless integrations with tools like Salesforce and Google Workspace make it a versatile choice for businesses.”
6. Factors.ai
G2 Rating: 4.5/5 ⭐️
Best For AI-Powered Demand Generation for B2B Teams
Alright, the next AI lead generation tool on my list is Factors.ai.
It’s an account intelligence, analytics, and attribution platform that helps you build your sales pipeline by identifying intent signals across your website, CRM, LinkedIn, and G2.

Here’s how I use it in my workflow 👇
I get a decent amount of website traffic and wanted to nurture inbound leads to generate more opportunities. That’s why I tried Factors.ai.
Why?
Because it gives you powerful insights and behavior tracking.
I really enjoyed using these benchmark features of Factor’s:
- Website visitor identification with waterfall enrichment
- Segmenting and scoring accounts based on firmographics and engagement data
- Workflow automations for CRM updates, outreach, and more
But what I liked the most about Factors.ai is the automated insights powered by AI. It can score users and categorize accounts into Hot, Warm, Cool, and Ice based on how much they’ve engaged with your brand.
That said, there are a couple of drawbacks. There’s a lot of setup required, and you’ll need to provide permissions for tools like Google Ads, Search Console, LinkedIn, and more.
Also, according to user reviews (G2 & Reddit), the UI can sometimes be slow to load when creating segments, which disrupts the workflow.
My Other Favorite AI Feature of Factors.ai →
🤖 AI-Powered Demand Generation: You can create AI agents that identify hidden buyer journeys and even run personalized outreach campaigns.
Key Features
- Intent Capture: You can capture intent signals and GTM data from different channels in one place
- Workflow Automations: It allows you to automate everyday GTM tasks across CRM, MAPs, and more
- Account Intelligence: You can segment, score, and analyze high-intent accounts that are visiting your website
Pricing Plan
Factors.ai offers a 14-day free trial. For the rest of the pricing plans, you’ll need to get in touch with their sales team.
What Users Have to Say?
“What I like about Factors.ai is how it has helped us get insights from our website traffic.
Before using this platform, we had 100s of visitors coming to our website every week, but we had no clue which companies they represented, the geo, what pages they visited, etc.”
7. HeyGen
G2 Rating: 4.8/5 ⭐️
Best For High-quality AI video generation platform
Another AI lead gen tool I’ve tried is HeyGen.
You can use it to create realistic AI avatars and personalized videos quickly, without needing cameras or actors.

Here’s how I use it in my workflow 👇
I honestly like the quality of AI avatars created by HeyGen.
I tested it on their free plan and started by creating custom videos that addressed leads by name, company, or role (just like you’d do in a cold email). This makes outreach feel more interesting, engaging, and genuine.
What I like most about HeyGen is its scalability. You can generate product demos or explainer videos personalized for different buyer personas or industries — without having to record everything manually.
That said, I did run into some issues (and many users have also mentioned these):
- Slight lip-sync inaccuracies with some avatars
- Gesture control feels cumbersome
- The tonality of personal avatars could be improved
My Other Favorite AI Feature of HeyGen→
🤖AI Voice Cloning: You can clone your natural voice and speaking style to create seamless audio in other languages.
🤖AI-Powered Animation: HeyGen converts static images and photos into talking videos with realistic facial expressions and synchronized hand gestures.

What Users Have to Say?
“HeyGen stands out for its seamless user experience and impressive output quality. The platform allows you to create hyper-realistic AI avatars and professional-looking videos within minutes, no video editing skills required.”
Why Waste Hours on Manual Prospecting When AI Can Do the Heavy Lifting?
8. Taplio
G2 Rating: 3.9/5 ⭐️
Best For AI-driven personal brand building on LinkedIn.
Taplio is an AI-powered lead generation tool that I use to grow my personal brand and influence on LinkedIn.
You can use it to create high-quality content that is tailored to your audience and manage all your LinkedIn postings in one place.

Here’s how I use it in my workflow 👇
If your goal is to generate leads from LinkedIn, Taplio is a great choice. For me, it saves a lot of time because its AI assistant helps me brainstorm post ideas, write drafts, and even generate custom carousel posts.
The best part?
I don’t have to log in to LinkedIn every single day to publish content!
Yes, Taplio lets me schedule text posts, images, videos, and carousels with one click. It even supports features like @mentions and auto-comments, which make engagement easier.
Another thing I like is Taplio’s database of over 3 million enriched LinkedIn accounts.
I’ve used it to filter and find high-quality leads directly from LinkedIn, eliminating the need for hours of manual searching.
That said, there’s one drawback I’ve experienced (and seen others mention too). Sometimes my LinkedIn account disconnects from Taplio automatically, and I have to reconnect it, which can be a little annoying manually.
My Other Favorite AI Feature of Taplio→
🤖AI-Powered Rewriting: You can rewrite your existing content into multiple variations.
🤖AI Reply Assistant: With Taplio, you can generate comments and replies to other users’ posts.
🤖AI Hook Generator: It allows you to generate compelling hooks to grab your audience’s attention
Key Features

Pricing Plan
Taplio offers a 7-day free trial and a free plan.
The entry plan starts at $32/month, but this doesn’t include the Expert Mode AI features.
For AI, you’ll need the $49/month plan, which gives you 250 Expert Mode AI credits.
What Users Have to Say?
“The best about Taplio is how it streamlines LinkedIn content creation and scheduling with smart automation, making it easy to consistently engage my network without spending hours crafting posts.”
9. Intercom
G2 Rating: 4.5/5 ⭐️
Best For Inbound Lead generation with an AI Agent for customer service
Another AI lead generation tool you can use for generating inbound leads is Intercom.
It’s an AI-first customer service suite that works like a personal assistant for each of your support agents.

Here’s how I use it in my workflow 👇
Your team might not be available 24/7, but a chatbot can be there for your customers even during the darkest hours. That’s where Intercom comes in with two of its AI models: Fin AI Agent and Fin AI Copilot.
From my experience, Fin AI Agent is much more than just a chatbot. It instantly serves customers, tries to resolve their issues in the best possible way, and can even converse in around 45 languages.
On the other hand, Fin AI Copilot works as a personal assistant for your support reps. It provides instant answers to ongoing queries, which frees up your team to focus on building stronger customer relationships.
Another thing I find useful is that Intercom also shows you which queries Fin can’t solve. This way, your team can create better help docs and resources that directly answer those gaps.
Now, let me highlight what I didn’t like: the pricing. Fin’s pricing model can be a real hurdle, especially for small teams with limited support budgets.
At about $0.99 per resolution, every single interaction that the AI fully handles, whether it’s a long exchange or just a quick response, gets charged.
Even if a customer leaves mid-chat, it still counts. If you’re dealing with a high volume of inquiries, these charges add up pretty quickly.
My Other Favorite AI Feature of Intercom →
🤖Copilot – You get a personal AI assistant integrated into the inbox that provides instant answers from your team’s conversation history, articles, and content to help with troubleshooting and training.
🤖AI Compose – It helps to rephrase messages, adjust tone, translate replies, fix grammar to personalize responses, and make them more engaging.
🤖AI Summarize – You can create conversation summaries for handoffs between teams, helping agents get up to speed quickly on long conversations
Key Features
- AI Insights & Reports: Intercom generates comprehensive AI reports, enabling you to monitor team performance and tasks in real-time.
- Omnichannel: You can attend to your customers’ queries through various channels, including Instagram live chat, email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, and phone.
- AI Inbox: It enables you to centralize all your tickets and data in a single workspace for easier collaboration.
Pricing Plan
Intercom offers a 14-day free trial to get you started.
The billing starts with the Essential plan, priced at $29 per seat/month (billed annually).
For the AI-powered Fin features, the pricing is $0.99 per Fin resolution.
What Users Have to Say?
“Fin has been great for reducing workload, handling issues that were quite laborious before. The new review features are great, and giving suggested articles and snippets has been a huge help.”
10. Vapi
G2 Rating: 5/5 ⭐️
Best For Creating AI bots
Vapi is a great AI lead generation platform. It allows you to build, test, and deploy voice bots.
For lead generation, it can be used to qualify leads, improve customer service, and conduct market research.

Here is how I use it in my Workflow 👇🏼
I really like how Vapi helps automate the initial stages of lead qualification (which usually take a lot of time) and frees up my sales team to focus on more promising leads.
I use it to conduct initial screening calls with potential leads. Vapi can customize call scripts with dynamic data from lead lists or integrations like Google Sheets.
This makes my outreach feel more personal and engaging.
This results in better outcomes compared to a generic lead generation approach.
These AI agents can also ask targeted questions (like budget and needs) to score and qualify leads. After gathering basic information, the AI can schedule follow-up calls with human sales representatives for the final push.
My Other Favorite AI Feature of Vapi→
🤖Well, Vapi’s core AI feature is to create and deploy customizable voice agents with advanced natural language processing, real-time speech recognition, and a visual workflow builder.
And I simply love it!
Key Features
- Workflow Builder: You can design your entire workflow by giving a single prompt.
- Voice Recognition: It uses advanced technology to understand and mimic natural spoken interactions.
- Natural Language Processing: With Vapi, you can design AI agents that interact like humans.
Pricing Plan
Vapi offers flexible pricing. It follows a pay-as-you-go model, starting at just $10/month.
What Users Have to Say?
“Best open source product and ease of use for the beginner.”

Another AI lead generation tool on my list is Surfer.

Here is how I use it in my Workflow 👇🏼
When I first signed up for Surfer, I was impressed by how intuitive it felt. My marketing team and I have mainly used it for optimizing content, and it’s been a real time-saver.
One feature I really enjoyed using is the Content Analyzer. It’s simple enough that anyone can use it.
Also, it’s super easy to use this feature as you just have to copy and paste your content (or upload a file) into the tool, and then Surfer will rate it based on factors like keyword usage and relevance.
The best part?
It not only helps optimize your content for search engines but also ensures the writing still flows naturally for human readers.
Honestly, the insights that Surfer gave me have been highly useful for making content rank better without compromising quality.

What Users Have to Say?
“I love the UX and the gamification, it makes the SEO process feel engaging instead of tedious. The interface is intuitive, and the scoring system motivates consistent improvement. It’s one of the few SEO tools that feels genuinely enjoyable to use”
12. Wix
G2 Rating: 4.2/5 ⭐️
Best For Building websites with AI
Wix is an AI-led website builder that makes it super easy to create and manage a site without any coding or design skills.
You can use it to build pretty much anything: a personal portfolio, blog, service business site, or even an e-commerce store.

Here’s how I use it in my Workflow 👇
A few years back, I wanted to create my own website. The problem? I had zero coding experience and didn’t want to spend a ton of money hiring someone to build it. That’s when I stumbled upon Wix — and honestly, I fell in love with it.
It’s incredibly easy to use, and I didn’t have to code or design the website from scratch. (Really liked this part)
And the best part? Wix comes with built-in marketing tools and blogging features, making it more than just a website builder. For lead generation, this is a big win.
You can add contact forms, lead magnets, chatbots, do SEO, publish content, and so much more, all from one place.
My Other Favorite AI Feature of Wix→
🤖AI Website Builder: You can develop a customized website along with design, content, and photos based on your preference.

Frankly, some moderate knowledge and perception are required to achieve results. The AI tools are very helpful. Overall, WIX has made building a website enjoyable and effective at the same time!”
13. Salesforce Einstein
G2 Rating: 4.4/5 ⭐️
Best For Teams that are already using Salesforce as part of their main sales and marketing stack.
Salesforce Einstein is the #1 AI CRM.
It helps you to predict which leads are most likely to convert, highlight deals at risk, and recommend the best next actions for your team.

Here’s how I use it in my workflow 👇🏼
Every time a new lead is added to the CRM, Einstein automatically assigns scores that show how likely they are to convert.
It also gives real-time action insights during different stages of the sales cycle.
For example, it can flag when a prospect is going cold, suggest the best time to follow up, or recommend looping in another decision-maker.
My Other Favorite AI Feature of Salesforce Einstein→
🤖Pipeline Forecasting: You get a reliable revenue prediction based on current deals in the pipeline and past conversion data.
🤖Conversation Insights: Einstein will analyze call transcripts in real time and give you insights into objection handling, competitor mentions, buying intent, and more.
Key Features
- Predictive Lead Scoring: Einstein automatically ranks leads based on their likelihood to convert.
- Einstein Activity Capture: It syncs your emails and meetings into Salesforce in the background, so your sales reps don’t waste time on manual data entry.
- Opportunity Insights: It flags deals that may be slowing down or going cold.
Pricing Plan
Salesforce does not provide transparent pricing for Einstein.
From what I found, Salesforce Einstein is offered as an add-on service and costs around $50/month.
However, if you’re already on higher-tier Salesforce plans, some Einstein features are bundled in at no extra cost.
What Users Have to Say?
“I think the best part about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the Einstein features. With these features, the communications automatically sync into the platform from your email provider without much manual intervention.
It was super easy to set this up and makes our daily communications sync in real time. I love being able to open up an account and see all of our interactions with those clients stored in one place.”
